The past month has seen some frustrations with lack of on-water time because of one thing or another, however the overwhelming support I have received from my technical coach Emma has been amazing and humbling. When out on the water Mike has endured the cold weather and given me lots of sound advice with my oar placement etc. I have also received AMAZING support from those who are helping with finding me a sponsor and also asking people to support me with donations to my just giving page...YOU HAVE ALL BEEN MY FOUNDATION to which to build upon, I am sure together we can reach a fantastic amount by the end of this challenge.
